Job Context
Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) is seeking a dedicated and objective Internal Auditor to enhance our operations through a systematic and disciplined approach. The successful candidate will bring expertise in risk management, control, and governance processes, along with a thorough understanding of accounting procedures and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform internal audits following standardized audit procedures.
- Conduct audits at the head office and in locations outside Dhaka as directed by management.
- Maintain open communication with management and the audit team.
- Document processes and prepare audit findings memoranda.
- Execute any other related tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (Accounting/Finance) from a reputed university.
- CA (CC) qualified from a reputable firm.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the audit section within a reputed audit firm or company.

Experience in the NGO or development agency sectors is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Age: 35 to 40 years.
- Strong communication skills and a hardworking attitude.
- Comprehensive knowledge of VAT and tax-related issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable.
- Allowances: Travel allowance, mobile bill, medical allowance, provident fund.
- Salary Review: Annually.
- Festival Bonus: 1 bonus per year.
