Position: Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in field-level project management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans.
  • Lead and manage project staff effectively.
  • Maintain communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to project locations for monitoring and support.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture (Public University Graduate)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Forestry, Environmental Science, Geography, Disaster Management, or Honors in Agriculture.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of field-level project management experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age limit: 40 years or younger
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
