Bashori celebrated its 9th anniversary
On November 4th, 2023, Bashori- A Nazrul Centre commemorated its 9th anniversary with a vibrant day-long celebration. The festivities commenced with offering floral tribute to the revered Kazi Nazrul Islam at his cemetery. The esteemed members of Bashori, the staff of Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU), and the artists associated with Bashori took part in this occasion.
At the heart of the anniversary program, the clock striking 3 pm marked a delightful moment as the members of Bashori ceremoniously cut the anniversary cake, joyously sharing it among the gathering. During this jubilant event, the members and artists of Bashori, alongside the BONDHU staff and well-wishers, extended their warm greetings to Dr. Engr. Khalequzzaman, the visionary founder and President of Bashori, presenting him with floral bouquets and souvenirs as token of the 9th anniversary.
Dr. Khalequzzaman graced the occasion with a gracious welcome speech, expressing gratitude and acknowledging the remarkable expansion of Bashori's endeavors since its inception. He fervently urged everyone present to collaborate and support Bashori in its continued journey towards progress and excellence.
Following the President's address, Jakir Hossain, the General Secretary of Bashori, delivered a resonant speech, extending a warm welcome to the artists and members, underscoring their invaluable contributions to the essence of Bashori.
